This kit fits all of the current production Model 25's, including:

It includes a Savage Factory Original Extractor, Spring & Plunger.
Note: Savage is experiencing problems with the Extraction and Ejection on the .17 Hornet and .22 Hornet calibers. This kit does not address those issues. Savage is working on a solution and we will have a kit to fix that problem as soon as they have a fix. Please email us and we will let you know when that is available.
These replacement parts are factory originals from Savage Arms. Factory replacement parts are manufactured to the exact same specifications and tolerances and use the same manufacturing materials as the original parts. This guarantees excellent fit and reliable operation.

SAVAGE MODEL 25 EXTRACTOR KIT, SS-2910
Awesome kit! Completely fixed my model 25 in 17 hornet, before installing my rifle would fail to eject the spent casing and would just drop it on top of the magazine, this seems to be a common issue on the model 25, if your having the same problem I highly recommend this kit!
