Shipping & Returns

All orders received by Kinneys Shooting Supply will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt. Shipping charges are calculated by software provided by the carrier, based on the estimated weight of the ordered item as it is packaged for shipment and the delivery method chosen by the customer.
We make every attempt to be accurate and add no handling charges beyond our shipping estimate.
For International orders, please remember that additional time may be required for delivery due to Customs inspections in your country or other requirements.

Returns & Exchanges
All requests for returns must be made to Kinneys Shooting Supply before any item is returned. For all warranty issues, replacement or repair of the defective item will be dictated by the terms of the manufacturer and qualification for warranty status will be determined on a case by case basis. Physical damage due to accident or misuse is not generally a warranty issue.
Returns for reasons other than warranty must also be approved before an item is returned. These returns may be subject to a restocking fee, the returned item must be in new and un-used condition and shipping costs are not generally refundable.
