The Atlasworxs AICS Bottom Metal for the Short Action Tikka T3-T3X-CTR is designed as a drop-in fit for CTR inlets, offering seamless integration with AICS-pattern magazines and improved magazine handling for target, or hunting applications.
Machined from durable AL6061-T6 structural-grade alloy and finished in a matte black anodize, this DBM bottom metal combines lightweight construction with rugged reliability. It includes the long lever option and features our hidden lever design installed, reducing the chance of accidental magazine release in the field.
Atlasworxs Bottom Metals (AICS) are made to utilize the most reliable detachable box magazines commonly used in today’s bolt action rifles, which is the Accuracy International AICS magazine.
The benefits of using the superior AICS magazines are for their reliability and availability in 5 or 10 round capacity.
The AICS pattern is also becoming a standard for other magazine manufacturers such as Accurate Mag and MDT amongst others, therefore making the AICS pattern magazines more readily available and cost effective.
Note: Some Inletting may be required with this product, which is recommended to be done by an Approved Gunsmith.
