    Darn things can fly across the room when trying to compress and install the extractor. I purchased a couple extras and Kinney's included an extra...no charge. They understand what usually happens...great customer service. Thanks.

    It was the right size ball bearing, what else is there to say. Service was great though! They shipped the product to me the same day I placed the order, and I received it promptly.
