Nikon's RifleHunter 550 Laser Range Finder features ID (Incline/Decline) Technology for those hunters that demand the ultimate in precision - regardless of the shot angle. Advanced ID Technology compensates for various incline or decline shooting angles and provides the equivalent horizontal range to the target. You simply aim, push the button and plan the shot according to the displayed distance. The RifleHunter 550 is unaffected by extremes in temperatures, so consistent ranging can be accomplished in even the toughest hunting conditions. The unit measures ranges in either yards or meters and features an automatic power shutoff after the reading has been displayed for eight seconds. The Nikon RifleHunter 550 features an easy-to-grip rubber armored body.
